1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver across India (all states and union territories) through our logistics partners. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Delivery Timeline

Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5-7 business days
Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
Bulk Orders: 5-10 business days (depending on quantity and location)

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and delivery pincode.
Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value (mentioned at checkout).
Bulk orders: Shipping cost is communicated during quotation.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

5. Packaging

All products are packed in food-grade, moisture-proof packaging to ensure quality during transit. Bulk orders are additionally secured in corrugated cartons.

6. Damaged/Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
